A promise is only real when it has a deadline.
Eight stages on every search, a dated standard for clients and candidates, and a final check-in at day 90.
Why the Method works
5 daysaverage time from a signed brief to your shortlist
99%of our placements still in role at 90 days
3 to 5candidates on every shortlist, each with a written case
A brief before a single CV
We agree the role, the pay and what good looks like, in writing, so the search starts in the right place.
Judged on fit, not keywords
We look past the CV to motivation, pay and notice period, and write up each candidate so you can decide fast.
We stay until day 90
Check-ins with you and your new hire through the first three months, so the hire lasts.
The Archeo Hub Method
Eight stages on every search, each with a deadline. Here is what happens at each one.
5 daysaverage time from a signed brief to your shortlist
Stage 0: AgreeBefore we start
A first conversation about what you’re building, then a clear proposal: the right service and our terms, in writing.
Your shortlist in 5 to 10 working days
Stage 1: BriefDay 0–1
An intake call within 24 hours of a new role, then a written brief within 24 hours of that call: the role, the pay, the must-haves and what good looks like. We search once you’ve signed it.
Stage 2: MapDay 1
We map where the right people are: the companies, teams and communities they work in, and who is open to a move.
Stage 3: EngageDay 1–6
We approach people personally, not with a job advert. Every applicant hears back within 48 hours, and you get a half-time update by day 4 or 5 with what the market is saying on pay and talent.
Stage 4: AssessDay 2–8
Every candidate is assessed against the brief: skills, motivation, pay and notice period. Only people we would stake our name on go forward.
Stage 5: PresentDay 7–10
Your shortlist: 3 to 5 people, each with a written case covering fit, motivation, pay, notice period and risks, plus an interview guide. On average it arrives in 5 days.
Stage 6: CloseTo signed offer
We arrange the interviews, debrief within 24 hours of each one, and support the offer and negotiation until the contract is signed.
Stage 7: Follow-throughTo day 90
Check-ins with you and your new hire through the notice period, the first day and the first 90 days, so the hire lasts.
