Most agencies step away once the contract is signed. We stay until day 90. Here is what happens in those three months, and why it matters.
Why the first 90 days matter
A signed offer is not a successful hire. The first three months decide whether a new person settles, gets up to speed and stays. Problems that show up then are usually small and fixable, if someone notices them early.
What we do in those 90 days
- Before day one: we check in with your new hire on the notice period, the start date and anything on their mind.
- The first weeks: a check-in with you and with them, separately, on how onboarding is going.
- Day 30 and day 60: short conversations to catch issues while they are still small.
- Day 90: a final check-in with both sides on how the hire has worked out.
What it teaches us
Every check-in feeds back into how we brief and assess your next search. If something about the role turned out different from the brief, we update it, so your briefs get sharper and your hires settle faster.
Part of one standard
The day-90 check-in is the last of the eight stages of the Archeo Hub Method, the process we run on every search, each stage with a deadline.
